well, well ,well, i have to say this,90 if my life i have lived in Nairobi ,never been into Mombasa but already Mombasa looks like a foreign country to me🥲 , and is also more clean and organized than Nairobi The roundabouts, i have never seen such here from the stories we receive on this edge, about the angry striking rays of sunshine honestly i have to say i expected to see everybody only in inner wares🥲 i guess niko na safari itatembea hivi karibuni wow for mombasa❤

I was in Mombasa way back in 1985 I was doing temporary US Navy duty onboard the USS Constellation (CV-64), when she docked for 5 days in the Kenyan port city The people were very friendly, and the whole crew seemed to enjoy themselves there

there is a difference between Macknon and MarikitiMarikiti is from Marikiyet(place of exchanging goods),the name is indigenious to Kenya and originates from western Kenya and has been in existance before colonial rule by British,its also in Nairobi unlike Macnon which is British and macnon road is still in this coastal region
